Shipping Policy

At ZikForYou , we have simplified the delivery process to ensure a fast and smooth experience. All our personalized songs are sent electronically only.


Delivery method

  • Ordered songs are delivered in MP3 audio format by email to the address provided when ordering.
  • If an additional option is chosen, these files will also be included in the email.


Delivery times

  • Standard delivery: Within 2 working days after order confirmation.
  • Express delivery: Within 24 hours for an additional charge.

We undertake to respect these deadlines as far as possible and will immediately inform the Customer in the event of an unforeseen event that could cause a delay. Any delays will unfortunately not give rise to a refund.


Verifying information

  • The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided when ordering. In the event of an error in the email address, ZikForYou cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the song, nor for late delivery.


Delivery Notification

  • Once the song is shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing:
    • The secure download link of the MP3 file / the MP3 file.
    • Any additional files depending on the options selected.


Reception problems

  • If the Customer does not receive the delivery email within the announced time frame, he is invited to check his “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folders.
  • In the event of a persistent problem, the Customer can contact our customer service at contact@zikforyou.com , and we undertake to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.


Returns and Refunds

Given the digital and personalized nature of the product, no return or refund requests will be accepted once the order has been delivered. In case of technical problems or dissatisfaction, we offer up to 3 free alterations to ensure customer satisfaction.
