1. Return Policy

Since custom songs are created exclusively from the information provided by the Customer, they cannot be returned after delivery. No physical return is necessary, as all our products are delivered electronically.


2. Refund Policy

  • Customized products:
    In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods or digital products. By validating your order, you accept this condition and waive the right of withdrawal.

  • Exceptional reimbursement cases:
    A refund can only be considered in the following cases:

    • If the delivered product does not correspond at all to the information provided in the order.
    • In the event of a manifest error on our part.

3. Modifications and alterations

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer up to 3 free edits to adjust the lyrics of your song. Any additional edit requests may be subject to additional billing.


4. Reception problems

If you do not receive your song within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your “Spam” or “Junk” folders.
  2. Contact us at contact@zikforyou.com specifying your order number.
