4.1 Order process
The Customer places an order by completing the form available on the site and providing precise information via the options offered on the site.
4.2 Order validation
The order is validated once full payment has been made. ZikForYou reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of content deemed offensive, illegal or unethical, or whose information would not allow the creation of the song.
4.3 Order Confirmation
The Customer will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of their order and a link to these General Terms and Conditions.
5. Rates and Payment
5.1 Rates
The prices of the services are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The applicable rates are those in effect at the time of the order.
5.2 Payment methods
Payment is made online via the secure methods offered on the site.
5.3 Billing
An invoice will be sent to the Customer by email after validation of payment.
5.4 Payment Terms
Payment must be in full for the order to be validated. No service will be provided until payment is received.
6. Delivery Times
6.1 Standard deadlines
Songs are delivered on average within 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the validation of the order. These deadlines are given as an indication and cannot give rise to any refund in the event of a delay. In fact, ZikForYou sends the lyrics of the song to the customer for validation within 1 working day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order. ZikForYou then sends the song to the customer within 1 working day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the customer validates the lyrics. If the customer does not validate the lyrics of the song quickly, the delivery time may be delayed by a few days.
6.2 Express delivery
Express delivery (24h) is available for an additional charge.
6.3 Delivery method
The files are sent by email to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
6.4 Delays in delivery
In the event of a delay, the Customer will be informed by email. ZikForYou cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control (e.g. technical breakdown, failure of the messaging service, etc.).
7. Modifications and Retouching
The Client may request up to three free edits to adjust the lyrics. Any additional changes will be subject to additional billing.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or digital products. By validating his order, the Customer expressly waives this right.
9. Cancellation of Order
Any cancellation request must be made before the start of production. Once the song is being created, no cancellations will be accepted. In order to give the Customer the opportunity to cancel their order, ZikForYou will not start the musical creation before 2 hours following the order. ZikForYou will therefore not be able to guarantee acceptance of the cancellation once the 2 hours following the order have passed.
10. Guarantees and Responsibilities
10.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
ZikForYou undertakes to provide a service in accordance with the details communicated by the Customer. However, subjective satisfaction being specific to each person, no guarantee of reimbursement can be granted after delivery. ZikForYou will however do everything possible to satisfy the Customer, and may offer another version if the Customer is not satisfied.
10.2 Limitation of liability
ZikForYou cannot be held responsible for the consequences linked to incorrect information provided by the Client or to technical problems beyond its control (e.g.: failure of the e-mail). ZikForYou declines all responsibility in case of indirect damage, loss of data or misuse of the products. In case of dispute, the Customer can contact the email address contact@zikforyou.com in order to agree on an amicable solution.
11. Intellectual Property
All products created by ZikForYou remain the property of ZikForYou and are protected by copyright. The Customer has a right of use for strictly personal purposes, unless prior written consent is obtained from ZikForYou. Any reproduction, distribution, commercial use or public dissemination without prior authorization is strictly prohibited and may give rise to prosecution.
12. Personal Data
12.1 Data collection
The information collected during the order is processed in compliance with the GDPR. It is used only for processing the order and the commercial relationship.
12.2 Customer Rights

14. Disputes
